5 tips on how to exercise effectively

Many people who haven't had a habit of doing exercises regularly find it very difficult at the beginning. Most people even end up giving up sooner or later. It can be especially challenging when working out on your own. Here are a couple of tips I have compiled that have proven to work for me. I am not an expert in fitness and workouts but by applying some simple principles I have been able to make some progress ๐Ÿ˜‰. 1. Have goals (wayin ) Why are you exercising? Maybe you want to lose weight. Also an athlete (or even just a casual) you want to be always in top shape hence workouts. Others may just want to get a couple muscles to impress their friends. Anyway, the point is that you must have a goal. A study (mine of course ๐Ÿ‘€) shows that purpose in work makes you more motivated and gives you a sense of accomplishment in the end.
