How to make ‘Mac and Cheese’
The is my version of the Mac and Cheese american dish
The ingredients
Macaroni (200 g)
Parmesan Cheese (20 g)
Cheddar Cheese (70 g)
Paprika (1 tbsp)
Salt (1 tbsp)
Black pepper powder (1 tbsp)
Full cream milk (100 mL)
Butter (1 sp)

Black pepper powder (1 tbsp)

Butter (1 sp)
Procedure
Cook macaroni in a pot until tender
Cook macaroni in a pot until tender
Drain residual water and put back macaroni the same pot used to cook it
Add 1 soup spoon of butten and mix thoroughly
Add grated (or diced) cheddar cheese
Add grated (diced) Parmesan cheese
Add Paprika, Salt, Black pepper and mix (until all is liquified)
Add milk and mix thoroughly
Place in an oven at 50°C for about 20 minutes

Note: The quantities of ingredients shown varry depending on the number of serving desired. The quantities I used are for only one serving
Alternatively to oven cooking, you could also just use a stove top and turn the heat to low with the lid off the pot for about 30 minutes.
